It would be a mistake to use anyone else. Recently relocated from STL back to Lawrence. Having a 3.5 hour drive between you and the houses you need to choose from should make things difficult. Tanya knows the market, knows the houses and hears you when you tell her what your looking for (not common in my experience). The house we ended up purchasing was newly listed and had no pictures up online yet, so instead of waiting for the selling agent Tanya went over to the house and basicly documented the entire house with her camera. Good luck finding that level of service anywhere else. The offer/counter offer process went smoothly and Tanya was able to secure many more concessions at a purchase price lower than I would have thought possible.

Couldn't have asked for a better realtor for our first time experience. Tanya has been extremely informative and open, quick to respond, and very personable. She really listened to us and learned who we are and what we are really looking for and gave insight to help us achieve those ideals. She never seemed rushed or too busy for any questions and continued to give us more information than we asked for, which was wonderful. I can see why the reviews for Tanya are so great. I cannot say enough good things about Tanya Kulaga!! My fiance and I recently purchased a home with Tanya's help. She was never pushy, very informative and very patient in helping us narrow down and find the home that worked the best for us. As a first time home buyer, the process seemed a little daunting, but Tanya was excellent at explaining everything along the way.
