It would be a mistake to use anyone else. Recently relocated from STL back to Lawrence. Having a 3.5 hour drive between you and the houses you need to choose from should make things difficult. Tanya knows the market, knows the houses and hears you when you tell her what your looking for (not common in my experience). The house we ended up purchasing was newly listed and had no pictures up online yet, so instead of waiting for the selling agent Tanya went over to the house and basicly documented the entire house with her camera. Good luck finding that level of service anywhere else. The offer/counter offer process went smoothly and Tanya was able to secure many more concessions at a purchase price lower than I would have thought possible.

We highly recommend Tanya. When starting the initial home search we were extremely overwhelmed. We were fortunate to have Tanya as our realtor. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make the house hunting fun. She is easy to contact and genuinly cares about you and making sure you find the right home. Without Tanya and her real estate knowledge and expertise we would not have our dream home that we have today.

Great Realtor Tanya was the perfect realtor for us - she was never pushy, willing to work with us when we were ready (which was several months after we met her).
